Q: Does Tree deliver to my area?
A: Delivery from our Oakville warehouse is defined by two Zones. Zone 1 is defined by a 50 km radius at a cost of $75 each way and Zone 2 is defined by 51-100 km radius at a cost of $100 each way. For anything outside of the 100 km radius please feel free to contact us for arrangements.
Q: How soon can Tree deliver?
A: Our Booking calendar allows clients to book available inventory 1 day in advance.
Q: Does Tree have a minimum order requirement?
A: Tree Furniture Rentals does not have a minimum order requirement, we do require that all deliveries are made by Tree Furniture Rental.
Q: What forms of payment does Tree accept?
A: We accept Visa and Mastercard which can be paid at the time of checkout via our website. We also accept E-transfers. For other methods of payment please contact us for arrangements.
Q: If we want to purchase the rented items, is that possible?
A: This is a very common request from our clients. Yes, the rented items are available to purchase with an exception of a select few pieces which are difficult for us to replace. Please contact us prior to your contract ending for buy-out prices if you are interested in purchasing your rented items.
Q: Can we pick-up items instead of having them delivered?
A: At Tree Furniture Rentals, we pride ourselves in offering upscale furniture that is in pristine condition. Due to damage liabilities, we do not allow for furniture to be picked up. We do deliver to Oakville and the GTA for a nominal fee. For special circumstances, we do make some exceptions and allow for throw cushions and area rugs to be picked up instead of us delivering.
Q: Do you rent beds for personal use?
A: No, the beds provided are not suitable for personal use. Our beds are delivered with plastic coverings and these plastic coverings must remain on the bed at all times for the full contract. Our beds are used only for staging purposes.
Q: How far in advance can I place my orders?
A: For your convenience, Our calendar allows for bookings up to 2 months in advance.
Q: What does your delivery team do on-site?
A: Delivered items will be placed by our team in the place requested. Beds will be assembled and placed in the appropriate place as per your request. Due to liability issues, our delivery team will not hang any artwork or mirrors. Shrink wrap and bubble wrap will be removed from all items used to protect your rental pieces and removed from the site.
Q: Is there a discount if I need to renew for the 2nd month?
A: Yes! Please call for information if required
